ROC USA, a national nonprofit helping mobile home parks become resident owned communities (ROCs) and a lending arm called ROC USA Capital. ROC USA works with a network of regional affiliate nonprofits that provide technical assistance to mobile home park residents as they transition to resident owned communities.

Thistle Community Housing is the regional nonprofit affiliate of ROC USA in Colorado, providing technical assistance to mobile home communities. All ROC USA client communities in Colorado are required to use Thistle’s technical assistance.
